Characteristics

- The MGD-100 model is fitted with pressure gauge and a two-piece handle.
The base, pressure cylinder and oil deposit form one integralpart and provide more strength and safety to the jacks.
Any pressure loads produced by the vehicle axle tilting are absorbed as the piston never comes into contact with the cylinder. Therefore the jack will not be damaged even if the vehicle tilts.
The MGD-100 jacks is fitted with two pumps (approach and operation).

Hydraulic circuit video. When the pump piston is displaced upwards the admission valve opens and allows oil from the reservoir to enter the chamber of the pumping system. At the same time the retaining valve is closed to avoid oil flowing from the chamber of pressure. When pump piston is lowered the admission valve is closed and retaining valve opens allowing the oil from chamber of pumping system to be forced into chamber of pressure thus displacing the main piston upwards .To achieve descent of the main piston a release valve is fitted between chamber of pressure and the reservoir.
